The artist began this painting wanting to paint Hellebores, while she was researching for the painting, she spotted an oil painting that had dark green paneling for a background and decided to mimic that background.  When winter is fading into spring, the flowers seem to never sprout, and this painting was created during that anticipation.  This painting is a Vibrant, whimsical and joyful original painting that includes Yellow, apricot, green and multiple shades of magenta and pink in a blue Vase.
